I decided that some of us could use a summer beach scene - it's -5 degrees F here in Minnesota! I took this photo on a much warmer day last summer, shooting into the sun at about 7:00pm.

Terrific capture, Roger! And like most people I'm ready for some sunshine although I'm a wimp to complain because although it is gray and wet here the temps are actually very mild -- the warmest January in 30 years!! Have a great weekend, stay warm!

obviously it's still cold to swim then or maybe late in the afternoon already... the sunshine still trying to stay in the middle of the clouds
ReplyDeleteLove the sun rays through the clouds. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI like the composition and the sun rays beaming down. Nice shot Roger!
ReplyDeleteJust don't know what they are missing by being OFF DUTY! The sky is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI like your sense of humor. What a tease....beautiful summer scene in this friged weather. I can hardly remember when it was that warm. This picture made me smile. You did a great job capturing the moment. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I can survive through below 0 temperatures. Probably the reason why God put me here. Hope it's warmer there now.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky, great perspective!
